J Foster Consulting designed a new vinyl sheet pile wall. Wall design consisted of 150’ LF of 14’ long ESP 6.5 vinyl sheet piles with 16’ long PVC encased tieback rods connected to concrete deadmen anchors and a new 24”x24” cap. Design included raising the cap elevation 12” from its original state. There is a large drainage pipe protruding the seawall which required additional engineering and design.
