Overview & Challenge​

Completed an inspection of 6,775’ LF of seawall with failed portions of the wall, tieback failure and differential settlement. A phased approach was presented to the HOA identifying sections of wall with more concerning issues and a timeline for replacement of the different portions of the wall.
